Fundraiser benefits Hernandez by assisting with medical bills
9 Group hosts a fundraiser for local Las Vegas burn victim, Jorge Hernandez at the Palms Pool & Bungalows inside Palms Casino Resort on Monday, Sept. 13.
Hernandez had 80 percent of his body burned in a car explosion and lost both legs due to infection. He recently was able to return after spending more than a year in the hospital without the aid of medical insurance to help pay costs. Twenty-seven cabanas will be sold for $100 each and all proceeds will directly benefit Hernandez and his family.
