“When there is nowhere else for families to find answers and seek justice, the Crime Wire team is there.”
June 2, 2010……”Crime Wire,” a team of veterans who shed light on unsolved and cold cases involving murder, missing persons and domestic violence, debuted their internet radio show on BlogTalk Radio with overwhelming success! Thousands of listeners from across the country tuned in live to hear the team introduce consultants who will be working on highlighting the cases brought to them by families who have yet to receive justice.
Several live callers were family members who are at a dead end in finding answers to their cases, whether it be from botched investigations, tainted evidence, erroneous coroner reports, or just apathy on the part of a law enforcement agency. You could hear the desperation in their voices, and the relief that, finally, there may be a way to have their voices heard, the voices of those who cannot speak for themselves.
The goal of Crime Wire is to bring attention to those cases in which justice may not have been served and the families of the victims don’t have the resources to pursue the investigations on their own. Seasoned professionals, Vito Colucci, Dennis Griffen and Susan Murphy-Milano have joined forces, along with their consultants, defense attorney, Mickey Sherman, private investigator, Pat Caristo, forensics expert, William B. Sullivan, investigator, Peter Hyatt, former prosecutor and legal analyst, Lis Wiehl, and Michigan Assistant Attorney General, Donna Pendergast, to expertly review the evidence in these cases and, hopefully, lead to resolution for many. Other expert consultants are being added as the cases warrant.
“Crime Wire” is the premise of a new television show, where each week the team investigates one of the highlighted cases. The pilot for the show was produced by 2 Reel Productions in Las Vegas, NV and is ready for the networks. The overwhelming success of the internet radio show has shown there is a desperate need for new sets of eyes to look at evidence in these cases and find anything that was overlooked. The panel of experts assembled will be able to give these families their conclusions and opinions which may lead them to justice.
Each Tuesday evening at 9pm Eastern, 8pm Central time on BlogTalk Radio, the Crime Wire team will continue to bring a quality expert guest panel to the show, along with family members and surviving victims looking for help to solve the mysteries surrounding their cases.
