Sin City’s hottest comedians headline Sin City’s coolest new venue! If you like your comedy raw and uncensored, this is the show for you! Continuing the grand opening celebration of Nico Santucci and Dave Navarro’s vintage ultra lounge and restaurant, on June 10th, 2010, the Black Door Bar & Grill and Eddie Rivkin have gathered a modern day Rat Pack of the funniest, dirtiest, raunchiest comics in Las Vegas to premiere a new weekly off-strip comedy night.
Eddie Rivkin said, “I think these guys will develop into a great comedy pack, working off of each other’s material and personas creating something very unique in Vegas and bookable around the country. Vaguely resembling the way the Rat Pack ran Vegas nightlife in the 60′s, this show will be raw, raunchy, and very, very NOT PC. ”
“The Black Door Bar & Grill is an UPSCALE ultra lounge for rockers and rock music, tourists and locals, and reminiscent of a 60′s New York underground club. Owner Nico Santucci approached me and said he wanted a late night Rat Pack-esque, Lenny Bruce-type, edgy comedy show for his newest venue catering to fans of rock music. That’s exactly what I am going to give him!” Rivkin said.
Featuring national touring headliner Greg Vacceriello, and Las Vegas headliners, KOMP 92.3′s Brandon “Gooch” Hahn, Brandt Tobler, Matt Markman, “Mr. Insensitive” Mark Minguey, and MNR RAW Comedy creator Diaz Mackie, Eddie Rivkin’s “CUI: Comics Under the Influence” is destined to be a huge hit with adult audiences from all walks of life, and become the destination for late night entertainment in Las Vegas. Start your weekend off every Thursday night at 11:00 p.m. with a Sin City Whiskey neat and the type of comedy that only happens in Vegas!
The CUI comedy show starts at 11:00 p.m. and there is NO COVER CHARGE. Doors open at 8:00 p.m. which allows plenty of time before the fun begins to enjoy Black Doors’ awesome cuisine and drink specials provided by sponsor Sin City Whiskey. Great food and entertainment in a great venue is served until 3:00 a.m. every Thursday. CUI is a show that any fan of great comedy will enjoy.
