Nu sanctuary, the imaginative new restaurant and lounge at Town Square, will offer an exceptional family-style menu in celebration of Independence Day, Sunday, July 4.
Executive Chef Brian Howard has prepared a delectable menu, priced at $45 per person, allowing guests to experience a vast selection of nu sanctuary’s inventive twists on backyard BBQ favorites. The ‘Revolutionize the Garden’ menu comes with family-style portions of each of the items listed below in the ‘Taste of Independence’ appetizer selections and ‘Patriotic Picnic’ entree offerings, followed by a mouthwatering ‘Grand Finale’ dessert.
‘Taste of Independence’ appetizers include:
- Tuna sashimi and watermelon carpaccio with watercress, jicama, jalapeño and curried peanuts.
· Boston-style crab cakes with chipotle remoulade, grilled summer corn, Meyer lemon and arugula.
· Beef carpaccio “steak and eggs” with black truffle, avocado, friend egg and pickled red onion.
- Char-grilled baby back ribs with a Moroccan glaze and locally-grown green bean salad.
‘Patriotic Picnic’ entrees include:
- Chili-rubbed skirt steak with cilantro lime and melon chutney with campfire potato salad.
- Grilled lamb and fig skewers with a mint pepper glaze and grilled eggplant.
- Red and white sangria barbecued shrimp.
- Grilled panzanella with smoked corn and avocado salad.
‘Grand Finale’ includes:
- Red, white and blueberry angel food cake.
