The Riviera Hotel & Casino proudly announces the opening of R Steak & Seafood, a fine dining restaurant featuring modern décor and a wide variety of meat and fish options for the finickiest of eaters. The $450K renovation to the previous restaurant space provides an affordable elegance that is perfect for intimate dates or group dinners.
Executive Chef Ronnie Guillermo has created a menu featuring appetizers such as Thai Coconut Steamed Mussels, Applewood Smoked Citrus Pork Belly, Bourbon BBQ Pork Ribs and his signature French Onion Soup. Carnivores can choose from a variety of steaks, from Filet Mignon and New York Strip to Porterhouse and a Bone-in Rib Eye. Fish lovers can enjoy the freshest Mahi Mahi, Swordfish or Surf & Turf. Decadent desserts include The Swan, a cream puff filled with vanilla bean ice cream and topped with chocolate shavings and raspberry sauce.
